Are your Smiski figures restocked frequently?
We offer both frequent restocks and limited edition releases. If an item is out of stock, stay tuned, some collections return, while others are gone forever!
Is there a purchase limit per customer?
No, but some limited editions may have restrictions to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to purchase.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We’re sorry, but once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind. Since our products are sold in blind boxes, all sales are final. Smiski figures are sold in blind boxes, meaning each unboxing is a surprise! We cannot accept returns based on figure preferences.
